Scheduling Your Appointment
Kindly give us a 24-hour notice if you are unable to meet your scheduled appointment. We respect your time and always make every effort to remain on schedule.

You can be assured that office cleanliness and infection control are our top priority. All handpieces (drills) and instruments are heat sterilized and we use as many disposable items as possible. As the members of our committed staff have families also, we look on sterilization as a personal as well as professional endeavor. We are also following all of the American Dental Associations recommendations to maintain clean dental unit waterlines.

Financial Policy: Payment & Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit your dental insurance claims.

  • At your first appointment, we request payment in full for the initial examination and radiographs.
  • Once we have verified your insurance benefits, we will accept assignment of your insurance.
  • Payment is required at the time of service for the portion not covered by insurance. This can range from 0-100% depending on your insurance policy.

Many insurance companies reimburse professional fees on a complicated fee averaging basis. These systems average fees over wide geographic areas and fail to take into consideration location, training, and experience of your doctor. Many employers also purchase a lower level of reimbursement for their employees in an attempt to keep costs down. Because of this, our fees may be above or below the “usual and customary” fee provided to you by your insurance company. This may have an effect on the amount of co-payment you will be obligated to pay. This sounds confusing because it is confusing. However, our staff is very experienced with insurance matters and can answer any question you may have.
